From it’s beginning in October of 1996, the story of Immanuel is truly a testimony to our name — Immanuel means “God with us.”
In fact, if God had not been with us, this local church would have ceased to exist. Not unlike the people who gather each week at Immanuel to worship, the church’s story is one of brokenness, restoration, forgiveness and healing. If you’re searching for the perfect church, Immanuel is not it, but by God’s grace, we’re on a journey together toward becoming what He intends for us to become–a reflection of His amazing love and mercy to those who are attempting to live without Him.
